Welcome to 5150 Leagues. By using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Account Registration

Users are granted the ability to select and modify their username at any time, without restriction on the number of changes. The username serves as the primary identifier for users accessing 5150 Leagues’ platform and services. By creating a username, the user agrees that the chosen identifier must not be intended, nor used, for the purposes of defaming, impersonating, or otherwise disparaging 5150 Leagues, any leagues hosted on 5150 Services, or other users of the platform. Usernames must also not be used to impersonate any real-life individual by adopting their legal name or other identifying information without authorization.

5150 Leagues reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, reject, or revoke usernames that, in the judgment of 5150 Leagues, contain language that is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful. This includes, but is not limited to, usernames containing any racial epithets, obscene language, exploitative or derogatory terms, or any other content that could be considered harassing, harmful, or injurious to others.

Furthermore, usernames that seek to impersonate or closely mimic the usernames of official 5150 Leagues Bot accounts or staff members are expressly prohibited. The use of usernames designed to mislead or misrepresent affiliation with 5150 Leagues or its subsidiaries will result in immediate action, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.

Users may incorporate special characters into their usernames, provided that such characters do not create vulnerabilities, including but not limited to attempts to inject malicious code, exploit system functionalities, or otherwise engage in behavior that constitutes hacking, tampering, or abuse of 5150 Leagues’ systems. Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the platform’s security through username creation is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action, in addition to account termination.

By using 5150 Leagues’ services, users acknowledge and agree that 5150 Leagues retains the right to enforce these guidelines and take any necessary actions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any breach of this section will be subject to the fullest extent of the law, including civil or criminal liability where applicable.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious software.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Account Look-Up

By registering for and accessing the services provided by 5150 Leagues, you agree that the Account Look-up feature is made available for informational purposes only. The data provided through the Account Look-up feature is sourced from the iRacing API, which remains the intellectual property of iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC. 5150 Leagues does not claim ownership of, nor provide any warranties for, the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data retrieved through this service.

The Account Look-up feature is intended solely for use in gathering information related to drivers on the iRacing platform, for the purpose of evaluating potential or current drivers within your league or for personal reference. You expressly agree that any use of the information for purposes beyond this, including but not limited to harassment, threats, defamation, or any form of malicious conduct against the searched driver, is strictly prohibited. Any such use may result in the suspension or termination of your account and may be subject to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Furthermore, you acknowledge that the use of the Account Look-up feature does not grant you any right to the data beyond viewing and personal use for league operations. Leagues may use this information solely for assessing the eligibility of drivers for participation in their events. Misuse or unauthorized dissemination of this information, including but not limited to sharing with third parties for purposes unrelated to league participation, is prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to legal recourse.

5150 Leagues reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke or limit access to the Account Look-up feature at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse or abuse of the feature. Your continued use of the Account Look-up feature constitutes your acceptance of these terms, as well as any future modifications to this section.

8. 5150: AllSight Chat

By registering an Secret Key for and using the 5150: AllSight Chat service provided by 5150 Leagues (a division of 5150 LLC), you agree to the following terms. 5150: AllSight Chat is powered by OpenAI’s GPT-4 Turbo model, utilizing an API key provided by 5150 Leagues. The service allows users to interact with AI for various purposes, such as answering questions, performing calculations, and more. However, you acknowledge that the responses provided by AllSight Chat are generated by an AI model and are for informational purposes only. 5150 Leagues does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the responses generated.

The use of 5150: AllSight Chat is strictly for personal purposes. You agree to abide by the OpenAI Usage Policies and the 5150 Leagues Terms of Service when interacting with AllSight Chat. Any misuse of the service, including generating or sharing offensive, illegal, or malicious content, is strictly prohibited. Misuse of the service may result in suspension or termination of your access and may also expose you to legal consequences.

Furthermore, users are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or alter the 5150: AllSight Chat software or its underlying AI model. Sharing access to AllSight Chat, including your Secret Key, with third parties, or using the service for commercial purposes is not allowed. Violations of these terms will result in immediate suspension of access and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Please be advised that while 5150 Leagues takes security measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with data transmission and storage. Any personal information collected during the use of AllSight Chat is subject to the 5150 Leagues Privacy Policy.

5150 Leagues reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of 5150: AllSight Chat following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
